Publication of change in the total number of shares and votes in NIBE

Following the issue of new B-shares in NIBE Industrier AB (publ) (“NIBE”) in connection with the cancellation of the remaining shares in Schulthess Group AG, Wolfhausen, (“Schulthess”), the total number of shares and votes in NIBE as of April 30, 2012 amounts to 110,253,638 and 228,695,942 respectively allocated into 13,160,256 A-shares with ten votes each and 97,093,382 B-shares with one vote each.
