Subscriptions to newsletters, press releases and financial reports

We process your data to send out newsletters, press releases and financial reports in accordance with the subscriptions you sign up for and usually because you are a shareholder or contact person at a company. How long do we retain your data?

We will never process your personal data for a longer period than permitted by applicable law, regulations, practice or government decision. The data we process on you is normally retained as needed for the current recruitment process. If you are not offered the position at the end of the process, we will either delete your data or ask for your consent to retain your personal data for future recruitment processes. Data may also be retained for a longer period if you were interviewed or offered the position to meet our obligations under the Discrimination Act (2008:567).

Who has access to your data?

We access your data from recruitment agencies that we use to help us with recruitment processes. As an applicant, you may also have submitted your personal data to us. We may disclose your data to recruitment agencies to help streamline the recruitment process.

Your personal data may be provided to our Group companies within the EU/EEA, but also to non-EU/EEA countries such as the United States, China, Thailand, Malaysia, etc. This is only relevant if you apply for positions with our subsidiaries operating in non-EU/EEA countries. We will ask for your consent before releasing your data outside the EU/EEA. You may request a copy of our data safeguards by contacting us through the specified contact channels.

Shareholder data

We will process your data to administer and conduct general meetings and to take the measures that we are required to perform in the context of managing the share register. We may also process your data to handle communication that you as a shareholder or contact person at a company that is a shareholder initiates to respond to inquiries and handle comments.

If you are a major shareholder, we also process your data by publishing names and shareholdings in interim reports, annual reports, on our website, etc.

We collect personal data directly from you and from Euroclear Sweden AB.

If the personal data is not provided or collected, we will be unable to perform the requested measures, register you as a shareholder or enter your name in the share register.

How long do we retain your data?

We save data processed on you in accordance with applicable legislation. If the matter concerns communication about your shareholding, the data will be saved until the matter is settled.

Your rights

If the processing is based on your consent, you are entitled to revoke the consent at any time. However, such a revocation does not affect the legality of the processing based on the consent before it was revoked. In accordance with data protection laws, you are entitled to request access to information on which elements of your personal data is being processed and to request correction of your personal data.

You are also entitled to object to and request limitation of the processing of your personal data and to request deletion of your personal data.
